Are you an agency working with schools to prevent youth obesity?  If yes, we invite you to join NC School Health Connection.  Please review our criteria to ensure that your program aligns with our mission.  Eligible programs are typically run by non-profit organizations, universities, hospitals, philanthropic/grant-making organizations, or state agencies.  Programs whose primary focus is to sell products or services to schools for a profit are not eligible for this site.  All programs submitted for this website will be reviewed by the NC School Health Connection Advisory Board.

Three Easy Steps to Join NC School Health Connection

1. View the brief demo for instructions on how to add your program to NC School Health Connection.
2. Click here to create an account and submit information about your program.  The program survey takes 20 minutes to complete.  Note: you will be asked to identify the schools in North Carolina that participate in your program.  Please have your list of schools ready.
